Gumby modals are easy to make using Toggles & Switches. The .modal class already has the required styles which you can open and close using Toggles & Switches.
The fees you pay depend on the treatment you need to keep your mouth and gums healthy. You will only ever be asked to pay one charge for each complete course of treatment, even if you need to visit your dentist more than once to complete it. Treatment courses fall into Band 1, 2 and 3 as defined below.
We usually ask for payment on a ‘pay as you go’ basis, so at the first visit we ask for full payment for band 1 and band 2 treatments. Band 3 treatment is divided into two equal instalments, the first after your initial consultation, the second on completion of your treatment.
|This covers an examination, diagnosis (including X-rays), advice on how to prevent future problems, a scale and polish if needed, and application of fluoride varnish or fissure sealant.||£21.60|
|This covers everything listed in Band 1 above, plus any further treatment such as fillings, root canal work or removal of teeth.||£59.10|
|This covers everything listed in Bands 1 and 2 above, plus crowns, dentures and bridges.||£256.10|
